Welcome to Alexander Technique Brussels, an association dedicated to the promotion and the teaching of the F.M. Alexander Technique.

Individual lessons are given by Claire Destrée, certified as an Alexander teacher in 1997. They take place in Brussels (near Schuman/Merode).

A teacher training course is also available, at the Alexander Technique Centre.
